Is everything on the site handmade?
Yes!!
All our products are lovingly handmade from top quality materials. All products are unique, and often each item is a one-off design, so you will get exactly the product that is pictured on the website.
What if I want a different size or colour? Or if I’ve seen something in the back-catalogue that I want?
If you like any of our products, but would prefer a different size or colour, or if you find something in the back-catalogue that you like, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
Obviously, because of the handmade nature of our products, the made-to-order items may vary slightly to the originals, but we think that just adds to their hand-made charm!
How do I place an order?
It’s easy. Simply select your item(s) from anywhere on this site and add them to your shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, just follow the step-by-step check out procedure. This will take you to Paypal checkout, to make sure that all your details are kept secure and private.
How safe is shopping at The Magpie Nest?
We realise how important your privacy is. That’s why we use Paypal for all our payments. This way we don’t get any of your personal credit card or bank details. The only information we receive is your name, email and postal address.
We promise not to pass this information on to anyone else, and we will not use it to send you any promotional information.

I’ve placed an order on the website but wish to cancel/change my order, what can I do?
You can cancel/change the order by emailing us at info@themagpienest.co.uk within 24 hours from the payment. Please state your order number in the email, as well as the details of the order you would like to change or cancel.
Where do you deliver and how much will it cost?
We charge a flat fee of £2.50 for postage within the UK, regardless of how many items you order. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, get in touch with us to discuss delivery costs.
Can you deliver to an address other than my billing address?
Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address if you wish. Please email us on info@themagpienest.co.uk with the alternative postage address, when you place your order. Please state your order number in the email.
How long will my delivery take to arrive?
We will aim to send your orders out within 48 hours after your payment has cleared. All orders will be sent by recorded delivery, which normally takes 1-3 working days for delivery.
