- Shipping & Delivery
- We charge a flat fee of £2.50 for postage within the UK, regardless of how many items you order. If you are ordering from outside of the UK, get in touch with us to discuss delivery costs.
- We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of an order being placed.
Orders are shipped from the UK and will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery in protective packaging.
Generally orders being delivered within the UK take 1 - 3 business days to arrive once the item has been dispatched.
We ship worldwide as well as within the UK with a customs declaration attached where applicable.
If you have any special requirements do let us know! Similarly, if an item is extremely urgent, let us know and we'll do our best to get it to you on time! - Privacy & Security

We realise how important your privacy is. That’s why we use Paypal for all our payments. This way we don’t get any of your personal credit card or bank details. The only information we receive is your name, email and postal address.
We promise not to pass this information on to anyone else, and we will not use it to send you any promotional information.

- Returns & Replacements
- Hopefully you'll love your Magpie Nest pieces as much as we do but if you are disatisfied for any reason or change your mind we are happy to offer a refund if the item is returned to us within 14 days of the dispatch date and in its original, unworn condition and undamaged packaging.
This does not apply to earrings for hygiene reasons or to items that have been altered to your specifications.
Unless the item is faulty a refund will exclude the original shipping fee and return postage will also be at the customer’s expense.
If you would like to return your item please e-mail us first to obtain a returns code. The item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
We cannot be held accountable if your item is lost in the post on it’s way back to us so we recommend you use a Recorded (Signed For) service!
Refunds will be returned via the original payment method; we are unable to refund to a different card or account other than that which was used to make the original purchase.
